"Stayed in one of their apartments with a family of four plus two dogs. Check in was simple at the main hotel reception. The apartments are located a short drive away from the main hotel and overlook the town, but easy to find and access. "My wife, myself amd our 7 month old (along with our dog) went up for a list minute 2 night stay and we could not have wished for a better stay. Room was lovely and big along with a freat view across the bay. The staff were amazing with us and our wee boy. Food was excellent. It was our 1st visit but it will not be our last"

"Incredibly beautiful property. Appears to be recently renovated as everything was updated and gorgeous. The staff were very kind and helpful. Recommendation was made for a restaurant: Roam West, which is just up the road. Don’t look anywhere else for dinner. I had the best steamed mussels of anywhere I’ve eaten and my wife had an incredible fish and chips. This house is wonderful, just a short drive from Fort Mason"

"The hotel roomed seemed spacious and clean. The shower ran out of hot water first thing in the morning. I had to take a cold shower at 7 in the morning because the warm water just went away and I had the handle turned all the way to hot. Not a great experience. And my husband was charged $10 for a small bowl of cereal and a coffee which is steep. "
