"The place is right next to the water - unobstructed view. The 0.7 mile walk to center of Oban was nice in good weather but we got wet several time (expected this for October). Public transportation was hard to find so needed our car. Our room was a little small and cramped, but we could see other larger rooms. Check in and parking was a bit of a hassle. Great “Continental breakfast “ that included meats, cheeses, baked goods and more- well worth the modest cost "

"A really unique and beautiful B&B a short walk from Inveraray town centre. Rob was a great and kind host, and tended to our every need. We stayed in the Cairngorm Suite, a beautiful room with everything you could need and more, and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was also to a high standard with great local produce. "Had a lovely stay at Glengorn Guest House when visiting for the Royal Mòd. Check in was quick and easy, room was clean and tidy with an assortment of tea , coffee and some biscuits. I had opted for a room with shared bathroom which was spotless and close to the room. The accommodation is incredibly close to almost anything you could want and a short walk away from the train and bus stations. "

"Ensuite was across the hall and shared, toilet down the hall - not what I was expecting and floor a bit rickety underfoot. Actual room was good with plenty of space and a view of the bay and across Oban. Easy walking distance to all Oban facilities - train, ferries, buses, shopping, restaurants and pubs. "

"We had a two night stay at 2 stones. Ben greeted us and was very welcoming, friendly & informative. We had a fabulous view looking out over loch Long. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. A decent sized bathroom although the shower was a little 'snug'. There was traffic noise from the road but it didn't affect our stay. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choices. We would definitely return."
