"There is no parking unless you wanna pay $57 per night for valet. That could and should be added into the hotel cost and then called “free valet” not as a surprise expenditure after you’ve spent $300 per night for a hotel room. Also was under the impression you get two free margaritas per day not per stay. Maybe my mistake but I was told that’s what the extra $160 in charges were for once I got there. Great hotel. Should just be more up front or explain everything before reservations are made. "

"Lovely historical hotel! Great views from our corner room on 11th floor. Rooms are modern with very clean updated bathroom. The rooftop pool & veranda were simply awesome! Relaxing setting for reading a book. Location is within a few minute walk to Broadway & Assembly Food Hall. We especially enjoyed speaking with Shane at the desk at the end of each night when we returned to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again soon!"

"The hotel is so big and beautiful inside!! One of the days it would have been nice to be able to enjoy the lush greenery and just sit and read a book. There were a few benches but outside of the lobby no comfortable chairs to relax and read. So if you are the grandmother waiting on the kids to enjoy “Sound Waves,” good luck finding a sweet spot to chill and wait!"
