"Pool is far from our room., and you had to either walk outside or though the Parkade to get to it "

"Was not informed there would be hallway Reno’s during stay. Travelled with my 1 and 4 year old, who still nap, so having construction carts up and down hall during the day meant little to no napping. Had I been informed before the free cancellation, I would have booked a different hotel. Beds were really hard but otherwise it was an okay place to stay, but had it not been on sale at time of booking, would not have been worth it, for our family."

"The property and staff are fantastic. Our one BIG issue was the strong rose-scented fragrance that is piped into the hallways and possibly our room too. The fragrance is very strong and overwhelming. My wife had a headache after about an hour in the room. We had to ask for an air filter unit and to keep the room window open soe several hours to make it tollerable. Bathroom products have the same scent. "
