Nous avons reçu un accueil et une empathie rare à trouver dans les établissements hôteliers de nos jours. J'aime les grandes maisons pour la valeur ajoutée aux séjours. Aucune maison 5* où j'ai logé n'a fait preuve de tant d'empathie et humanité. Cette maison m'a enseigné de revoir mes standards de snob. "Our experience was excellent from start till end! Staff were all so friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. They seemed to enjoy being there and brought a good vibe to the place. The rooms and bathroom were beautiful and spacious even for the standard rooms. Wellness and dining spaces were also stunning and with perfect views of the Matterhorn. This was definitely one of the best stays of our lives. We hope to be back again!! "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Simi. The location is convenient to the train station, the gornergrat train, and all that the village offers. It’s also very quiet, so there’s no risk that nightlife will interfere with sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding.
