"Excellent experience even before arriving. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They helped with arranging transportation from the airport to the hotel and back. Room was very clean and spacious, looking over the canal. The hotel is walking distance from Rialto bridge, San Marco square and plenty of dining options. Would stay here again!"

The view from our room was just a brick wall, maybe because we booked with hotels.com? Pricey but great hotel and great location."

"It was a beautiful entrance and reception area was very very helpful. Breakfast was such great service. Someone there to assist. Beautiful property. The only thing is that you cannot request an iron in your room. So make sure your clothes is ready. Great WiFi at this property too. "

"It is located right on a main canal, next to accessible transportation. Several excellent restaurants within minutes walk, or eat at their excellent bar! "Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Both Sinks in the bathroom had missing plugs to stop water draining away. Hot water had to be adjusted. Blind didn’t work in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, bacon generally undercooked and the Parmesan was too smelly and needed a cloche to stop flies. Staff very approachable. Location good and the shuttle fantastic. "
