Marco knew that we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on our arrival. He was available during our stay and was prompt in replying to our questions. We will be sure to stay there again on our next trip to Venice."

"This apartment was fantastic, spacious rooms and was ideal for our family stay.The only thing that was missing was a toaster oven as we would like to have been able to make toast and cook things that require an oven.Also the sitting area only had a small couch."

"Maria and Carlo are very gracious host! He met us as water taxi plus provided very useful info for our Venice stay plus Maria followed up with recommendations. She was very prompt responding to our inquiries for a doctor for one of our friends who fell sick. The property is very comfortable, quiet and clean. Beds comfy too. "We stayed June 30-July 3 and our stay was perfect. Silvia met us at S.Silvestro and it was a very short walk to the apartment from there. She gave us a list of dining suggestions when we asked, we didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen would work great if you wanted to cook. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Alberto was able to instruct us via text quickly how to fix it. Everything you would need is very close by, we loved our visit."
