I asked beforehand for a late checkout as was told to phone reception at 7am on the day (not very convenient if the reason you need a late checkout is to sleep!) "We liked this hotel because of location, cleanliness and very knowledgeable staff that spoke English well. The only negative was the WiFi had no password and we got badly hacked within hours of using it. I would recommend staying off their WiFi unless they password protect it and keep changing the password often. We informed the desk of this problem. "

"I liked the check in staff friendly approach and also check out. I didnt like that they didnt explain you needed a voucher or ticket for the return shuttle to airport. I even made a comment that i was looking at the airport shuttle times...at the desk. It would have been helpful in this regard. "

"The Olympic hotel is stunning. From the moment you walk in, it’s stunning. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room has a beautiful view of the city in the distance. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Our rooms were serviced everyday, even on the weekend. We booked a breakfast which was delicious. Transport was a short walk to the trams and the train station was not to far away. "
