"Check in was awkward. First they could not find our reservation then they could not offer us a room because we were early. After walking around for 3 hours, we stopped by to ask if we could check in and they said it would be more money for early check in. Their English is minimal and they don't have enough language skills to explain leaving a lot to be assumed. Makes a 5 star hotel feel like a 3 star."

Front desk staff was very helpful and were even able to book us a taxi to get us to the airport on the day of departure.
