"Hotel is getting old, facilities (bathroom, bedroom) are showing signs of age and wear. Bath had some permanent stains or marks in. Limescale had built up around the shower head. Shower is also very low, if you are 5’8 or taller the showers won’t reach the top of your head. Beds and pillows very comfortable, the fridge in the room is great, aircon is very noisy, not ideal. "

"there are 2 Hiltons. Make sure you pick the correct one. Should have booked the other at the North terminal. Regardless it is a good room but miles away from reception!!! The bed sheeting was badly made. Tucked in improperly at the end. Think of short sheeting! Everything otherwise was very good. Wifi did not work. Had to get front desk to give us access to an alternate connection. Very helpful staff and pleasant too! Would stay there again if using South terminal. Breakfast buffet was very good...

"Nice hotel; really big though. Depending on where your room is located, you might have to walk on a long distance pushing/pulling your luggage on carpet. They need to hire people who will help with baggage, or place some carts in the front. I had to push 4 bags on that carpet and my 6 years old kid had to pull his carryon….we were exhausted by the time we got to our room."

"A short stay before an early flight. Check in was quick and efficient. Room clean and comfortable. The parking we had booked separately was in the hotel car park and check in at north terminal was a short walk the next day. It worked out perfectly. "
