"It was a fabulous stay as great location and convenient as its part mid valley mall! We were put in a smaller room initially but with the extra rollaway bed it was too squeezy for 3 pax, so thankfully they managed to change to a bigger room on the 3rd day as I requested to upgrade but no better rooms were available. Thanks to the staff who assisted in finding us a bigger room :)"

"The hotel did many things right, they made a special effort for our 3 year old, gave us a free upgrade on check-in, and generally made an effort to provide good service. The room and pool were also very clean. The buffer breakfast had a good selection of quality food. Unfortunately, the quality of service wasn’t consistent across all staff.
