"Did not get Wi fi connection for 2 hours after checking in: they said person was out for lunch! Covering staff did not know what he needed to do! Had to log in for Wi fi again next day even with continued stay. Saw a mouse outside the room the very first day. Dining hall’s doors were kept open to the reception area leading to smell of cooking in the reception and hallways. Dining hall did not have brightness. Staff was courteous but buffet breakfast was not available one day from limited...

"Check in was length kept asking if I had prepaid which I had and shown reception numerous times booking receipt. Checkout time was too early for us disappointed the hotel were unable to accommodate our request made in advance "

"The hotel and staff were helpful, the restaurant food was great but what let me down were the Prison rules! If I am coming from abroad and staying at a hotel then I am going to expect family to come and visit me especially if I am disabled with limited mobility. The silly rules that should be abolished are: - no visitors in your rooms - no outside food - no outside drinks - no alcohol even if you have a permit"
