"Excellent price for a hotel so close to Heathrow. Couldn’t have asked for more really. Some of the staff were a little more unfriendly than you would expect but the hotel was lovely, just a shame the person who checked us in hadn’t been on his phone and talking to a colleague about something else at the same time. The food and courtesy of staff was already worth recommending, but when I became sick the staff went above and beyond to support my family and me. Genuine care and compassion, with thoughtfulness and a bias for action make a BIG impact when brought together at a time when they can make such a difference to the human experience.
