"i only stayed for the night as i had an early flight the next morning forgetting that i had to have something to eat to take my medication completely slipped my mind about breakfast so when i was booking out at 5am i asked if it was possible to get a slice of toast as i couldn't leave in until i got to the airport and the reception couldn't do enough so helpful got a slice of toast and a cup of coffee thank you :)"

"The hotel was very beautiful and the service was excellent. Great location to the airport. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport. I also loved the restaurant that was open late."

"The security was very rude and intimidatory. They Would not allow me into the property without my key card. I explained that my friend has the key card and went back to the room early. I was the lead guest in the booking. I had email confirmation, my ID and the card I used to pay. Hotel security still refused me entry. I had to call the reception desk to get approval access. This was 4am. Prior to this rude hiccup I enjoyed my stay. After this incident it put a dampen on the rest of the trip."

"Liked the Heathrow departures/arrivals screen in the lobby, easy parking, and convenience in terms of how close it is to all terminals/car rental returns etc. There is an Esso gas station nearby too. One suggestion: please put a floor squeegee in the accessible rooms’ bathrooms as the showers soak the bathroom floors since they are essentially wet rooms."
