"Unfortunately our flight was delayed and our luggage was transferred to another flight when I asked for toothpaste and a toothbrush, the staff indicated they did not have any which I think is not acceptable as this hotel is inside the airport and I am sure this is something that is very common to happen to travelers, so I was disappointed that being a 4 star hotel they did not have these items available for guests staying overnight."

"El Diplomatico Hotel was very nice. Convenient location close to shopping and dining options. The rooms are nice and clean. Hotel restaurant has a very good breakfast buffet and lunch and dinner a la carte was also very good. The restaurant staff is very friendly and attentive. Front desk staff was also helpful. Hotel manages transportation service to airport and several attractions which was very helpful to us. A very good choice if you are traveling for business or pleasure."
