"Hotel el Covento is very well located, close to all sorts of dining and shopping locales and next to the Cathedral. It's colonial architecture gives it a very special charm and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant food and waitresses are really good. The only mishap was the faulty elevator but overall I would definitely recommend it."

"The property for a budgeted stay was great. The staff and attention to service was impeccable. They were friendly, kind, and expedient in anything you needed. And they were only a txt away which was the best part. However the only cons to this was maybe the room and cleanliness. The room was clean but when cleaning service was requested they seemed to only make the bed and sweep a little and leave two towels. The room is fairly small.
