"The property was beautiful. The staff were extremely welcoming, especially Angel when he brought our luggage to our room. He took the time to give us an extensive run down of the property. He deserves a raise!! However, we were charged for a meal we did not eat and it was a hassle to get it taken off. Getting in and out of the resort was a bit of a hassle but we got the hang of it. The restaurants on the resort were 'mid' at best and pretty overpriced. We ate most of our meals off of the resort....

Rooms were always clean and beds were very comfortable. Only bad thing there was the no-seeum bugs that bite like crazy.... we would definitely return! "

The resort has it all, huge pool with up pool bar, a big jacuzzi that is truly hot, delicious food and drinks, etc. Easy Uber rides to/from Old San Juan."
