He built this place and did the landscaping which is an added feature to the stay. If you Love the mountains and beautiful plants stay here🌴 We had a situation that required a doctor order and x-rays. "We loved the property. It was clean. It was 4 adults and 3 kids (8,8,9) this worked for us. We used the pool 2 days but mainly explored the island on our short 5 day stay. Highly recommend! "

The owner is a wonderful and throughtful communicator and would often pre-emptively take care of our needs and had so many thoughtful personal touches for our kids. My kids called it the best vacation home ever. It’s close to the rainforest, the beach, the city. And the owner had great recommendations. "Our stay at Gia’s property was absolutely amazing! The home feels like a hidden gem in the middle of a rainforest, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed - fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer on the main floor, towels, pool toys, and plenty of parking for over four cars. She even left a baby stroller as I mentioned we had a toddler :), such a pleasant person to talk to. There are as many bathrooms as there are bedrooms, so didn't have to share bathrooms, providing ultimate comfort and convenience.Despite being in Puerto Rico, we never had to use bug spray in and around the property, which was a pleasant surprise. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the location was serene. Gia was an exceptional host - accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She not only ensured we had a seamless stay but also provided great travel tips and driving instructions.Overall, our experience was memorable, and we will definitely book with Gia again, especially since she manages multiple properties in Puerto Rico. Highly recommend! "
