The listing just said it had a lift but it doesn’t say that the lift doesn’t go to all floors. My husband walks with a cane and our room was on the third floor which the elevator doesn’t go to you have to get off on the 2nd and then walk 3 flights of stairs to the room. Not sure why 3 flights of stairs as when we checked in the concierge said it was 3 stairs! Not quite lol all-in-all...
