"When we checked in we were told we had been upgraded to a apartment which was really nice the room was spacious and had its own kitchen bathroom and living area with a sofa bed and a room with two single beds staff were very helpful and the hotel and room was spotless. Will definitely use this hotel again when we come back."

"The staff at the front desk were lovely. It's a minimal fuss hotel, which was great. There was a excellent coworking/lounge/chill space on the ground floor with a coffee shop. I loved having a washer/dryer in my room as well. Very accessible to transit with the Luas literally outside. "

"Great care given to the exterior walk ways. They cleaned them every morning. So convenient but quiet and tucked away. Nice reataurant/bar and reception area. There appeared to be a large meeting in the lobby one evening which was unfortunate as the meeting room looked vacant and no seating was left for other guests as the large group moved all the chairs for their gathering. Probably more teflective on the insensitive group than the hotel but nevertheless it did affect my time in the space. Great pillows and beds!"

"Our amazing stay at the Grafton started the moment we walked through the door, we were early and were hoping to just leave our bags but our room was ready which was a real bonus! The staff were brilliant and gave us suggestions for dinner, offering to make us reservations if needs be. The attention to detail from the staff did not stop there, in the bar later we were really well looked after and then again at breakfast my dietary needs were cared for so well - most enjoyed hotel breakfast in a long time because of this. Room was decorated really nice, a good size and layout, desk with plugs at it is a great bonus not always found at hotels. For me this was for make up and straighteners but equally equipped for working if needs be. The bed was huge and the bathroom was very clean and had a high end feel to it. But the staff make the difference at The Grafton, every one we interacted with had a wonderful manner and made us feel really well looked after. Location is perfect for shopping and a nice stroll through St Stephen’s Green. Plenty of restaurants to choose from close by but if it’s your thing don’t miss Bambino across the road, don’t be put off by the queue and enjoy their pizza slices. "
