"The updated hotel suites are very nicely. The staff of the hotel are all super nice and the all inclusive food is of a good standard. However, the hotel is very close to an open air club called Aurora that plays awful music at unbelievable volume until 04:00. This unfortunately ruined our stay. The hotel did move us to another suite which helped, but we had 1 night out of 3 where it was impossible to sleep and moving rooms also wasted half an afternoon."

"Great service and food. Employee Improvements reqd: Reda (the concierge) has no Customer Service skills, he is constantly busy on his mobile phone and so provides no help whatsoever to guests. Unfortunately, the Customer Service Team at the main desk also did very little to provide any help and support. Please note that all restaurants must be booked 48hrs in advance. Some employees mention it's 24hrs and some say 48hrs. The booking service needs improving. Doesn't tell you what restaurants are...

"We stayed at this hotel for the New Year , accommodation was a chalet , basic but clean . The beach area is well equipped with sun beds and canopies, possibly may be a bit overcrowded in peak times. daily food options were good with a moderate selection, The New Years gala was absolutely amazing, the staff were working so hard preparing for the event in the run up setting up the pool area , the array of food was out of this world ,like a banquet for a king. "Just had 5 days vacation there lovely place very friendly staff many options for dining I targeted the oriental restaurant which was amazing there is also Italian Asian restaurant all open Beaufet and ala carte Pools are beautiful and clean always life guards avalobke there is aqua park also active animation team with shows after dinner and exercises in the pool Very family and kid friendly For sure will come again "
