"Great location, great staff on site. However, telephoning in advance about the parking discount was inconsistent and wrong. The staff onsite did rectify in a manner, which was good but staff need to be trained to all understand and give the same information"

"Easy checkin and check out. Felt very safe in the hotel and was very convenient and walkable to the 02 Ritz to see our concert on the Monday 3rd Feb. Staff lovely and Dorcas was very friendly when serving our meal in the evening on the Sunday."

"Amazing staff, room was clean and met my expectations, and the location is great. The restaurant and its food was great however breakfast could have had more of a variety each day. Also there was a fire alarm that went off multiple days I was there apparently it was a known issue. I would still stay again simply because the staff was so great and it is in a great location."

"Great location, beds a bit firm for my liking but it’s all personal preference. 2nd bedroom was turned into single beds but the positioning of the beds meant that the door didn’t close fully. Also the hall light was on a sensor and couldn’t find a switch to stop it - not great in the middle of the night when the door doesn’t close."

"The welcome from the reception was as friendly and efficient as any I've received in many hundreds of hotel stays 🙂 Security is strong: you have to present your card key to use the lift 👍 Rooms aren't big, but are well laid out, with plenty of space between furnishings to enable easy movement. "The bed was was very comfortable and bouncy. There was ample room under my desk for my secretary. The view from the window allowed me to gaze over the city, and let the city gaze upon me. Parking was a rip off."

"We were at the Last Drop for a wedding and didn't experience too much of the hotel but the bedroom was clean, breakfast was plentiful and my wife enjoyed half an hour in the hot tub. "
