The property was used for a business workshop/ meeting inc business lunch at the local pub. Turns out its cheaper to book a great place like this for 3 nights than pay for a meeting room in a Hotel for 2 nights and use their meeting facilities for 2 days!"

"We loved our time staying at Midsummer Barn. The pictures online do not do it justice. It has character and charm. It is spacious and comfortable and well equipped for everything a family needs for time away. There were fresh eggs and cider to welcome us which was a lovely touch. The view is spectacular and the area is very quiet and peaceful. It’s easy access to motorways, but feels miles away. Yvonne was a responsive, gracious host. "Our overall stay was lovely. The ‘cottage’ was as described however the small ‘garden area’ was over run with vegetation/weeds and was unfortunately unkempt. The property manager was very nice and almost immediately advised I had left my iPad which she organised its return without delay! Fantastic!"
