"We stayed in the hotel for a half-term break. We had a nice and enjoyable week. The accommodation was clean and tidy, we stayed in a family room which was spacious and well equipped for a family. The hotel facilities are good, but many are not available for under sixteens. The pool area can get crowded. But overall the hotel was good. The staff were polite and attentive."

"The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."

"I needed a place to stay near the marina for one night before flying out early the next morning. This was perfect. Easy walk from the marina. Comfortable room. Staff was very nice and arranged a taxi to pick me up at 4:30 am to take me to the airport. "

"It was fantastic stay throughout. Super kind staff that took extremely good care of us. Expecially Roberto and Alexander whom sorted out keeping an item i forgot at the hotel back in February and arranging us to stay at the same room as then. But the warmth of the happy smile and and great hospitality delivered by Ovidia at the front desk was exceptional. Great rooftop bar the Rocktop at the hotel was a very nice place to visit.
