"Rydges in Rotorua was a great choice for us. It was convenient, safe, and clean. Rydges Rotorua is close to Te Puia, and our room had a view of the geothermal valley. The staff was friendly. However, some staff members were not knowledgeable about the area or activities that Rotorua had to offer. They said to check the pamphlets against the wall and call the places directly.
