"Right on the beach. Walking distance to pharmacy, essential shops and couple of small restaurants. The staff are so polite and gentle. Rooms are clean. You have to ask them to clean the room everyday, lest you feel the sand as you walk in your rooms. 5 km from Kensington Oval with easy access by taxi. And just a short brisk walk to the Washington House."

"Staff members Kelly and Samantha were rude and unprofessional. My wife was told not to wear clothing with open backs to come to the buffet for breakfast, while other guests didn’t have to worry about that. I have seen guests wearing bikini-style clothing come to the buffet for breakfast, and they were not told anything. Samantha asked me for a $10 fee because I had taken some watermelon with me for my 8-month-old infant. Unbelievable. These people need to be retrained."

"Very relaxing and peaceful property. The room was very comfortable and secure. The veranda that overlook the bay/harbour was the ideal spot to wake early in the morning and get work done. The sounds of the water gently approaching the shore was very soothing. Staff was very friendly and work to keep the areas around the property clean. "

"Upscale resort property within 15 min of BGI. They have 5 restaurants but no more than 2 are open at any time. Pool area and beach are superb. Rooms are spacious with all modern amenities. Room for improvement in service culture and customer attention. "

We recognize that this is not the property’s fault and they rectified the problem by transferring us to their sister hotel for the day (Mango Bay) which was absolutely beautiful. We are thrilled that we were able to enjoy some beach time during our stay. Weather was perfect - would come back again!"
