"First off no where said parking was going to be $40/night. The first night I felt extremely itchin in the sheets for some reason. Luckily I saw the maids and they switched them out for hypoallergenic ones for the next night and it was fine. They let me have a late check out at noon which was nice also. The lobby was beautiful and I had a great view. I just was rather Annoyed and the ridiculous rate for parking on top of the fee for the room when I thought staying there would save me $ vs other...

"The service and Staff were excellent in providing information and follow-up. This may sound silly, but for someone like me with a bad back, the toilet bowl was far too low to the ground making it difficult to stand up."

"Really like this hotel. The staff was great and the hotel was very clean. The rooms were clean and its located near great restaurants. Its walking distance from Petco Park so if you like to travel for baseball season, its definitely a must."

"If you are taking a cruise this is the hotel for you. Any closer and you would be on the Pier! Friendly, efficient employees. Very satisfied with the room and the amenities. Will definitely return!"
