"Front desk staff lady that handled my check in was beyond friendly, efficient and profesional. Restaurant has great options. Bar is open until 11 pm. Outside garden area with tables is a major plus and smoking allowed. Hotel is clean and very comfortable lobby/lounge. Hoppa bus runs every 15 min 24/7 which makes the short transport to Gatwick super convenient. "

Although this time we were woken up by young women having a good time at 2 am so wasn’t very happy couldn’t get back to sleep. Party goers should be put seedy from people who want to sleep!"
