Minor issues with the room where the shower was not draining properly, but was still able to freshen up. Like most houses in the UK no AC units were available in the room, but the window and time of year provided enough cooling needed for the night. Staff are friendly and the rooms were quiet...

"One of the best of Brighton’s cheap and cheerful hotel stays. No frills but nicer than some of the others, plus the local area has good places to eat - and supermarkets for real budget dining. It’s not the Pellirocco but fine as a bed for the night. "
