"Me and my husband had a really lovely Stay for our 5th wedding anniversary here to Manchester and to see Peter Kay. We were greeted by Maggie who provided excellent customer service explaining all the facilities and even offered a room upgrade to us for our special occasion. The room was clean & the bed was comfy and the additional facilities in our room was great. The breakfast provided a great range from hot and cold and seemed to be coming out fresh regularly and albeit it’s a smaller seated dining space the staff were quick to clear away tables and clean tables to allow for people waiting to get seated quickly. "
