"everything was great!!! my only issue is that quiet time is not followed. Parents let there children run down the hallway screaming and racing. i experienced this all the way till 1130pm. i get it, it’s a water park but other people have kids as well and specially thise who have a bedtime routine that becomes disturbed due to lack of parenting! "We have been coming here for years. #1 Reason is because Michael treats us like VIP'S, ALWAYS !!!! Is the reason we send so many friends and family there. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi, Unbelievable SUITES , View of the mountains, the lake and the trees are amazing. You see this view from everywhere. Yoga classes. Amazing activity room downstairs with pool tables, ping pong tables, lounges and more. GREAT GYM !"

"It's a lovely place, with a lot of old time charm. Room was clean, good size and nicely decorated. Loved the bathroom and the big mirror on the back of the door. And it had an electric fireplace, for ambiance. A for decor everywhere, including the dining igloos in the backyard. Thank you to all the staff for everything that you do to make this hotel a wonderful stay. "

The surrounding forest and lake were large and completely open for exploring. Rooms are huge and incredibly well appointed. Food is 5 star for breakfast, lunch and dinner. "
