"Great hotel. Very central, 5 mins from San Marco, but still quite secluded. We went for the junior suite which was lovely with an amazing view of the canals usually frequented by Gondolas. Lift was a little temperamental, so 3 floors a few times a day was a bit of a shin splint, but that was literally my only gripe. Free breakfast was basic but very welcome and sets you up for the day nicely. Budget for the city tax at the end of your stay. Water taxi is pricey but worth it to get back to the...

Tons of shops and restaurants within walkable distance. I would recommend setting up your own water taxi transportation to and from the hotel since booking this directly with hotel is much pricier."
