"This apartment was amazing! Very clean and roomy and everything worked perfectly. Only a short walk from a ferry stop, so super convenient to get in and out of the train station or airport. It is near lots of really good restaurants and shops, and about a 15-minute walk to Saint Mark's Square. The communication was great and we loved our stay! Thank you!"

"This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. It is a short walk to the Piazalle Roma and grocery stores. A few restaurants right around the corner. But not in the direct tourist zone so it is relatively quiet and not congested. The rooms were well appointed. The two level design allows for privacy and was relatively quiet for guests sleeping upstairs if other guests were on the main floor. The kitchen is small. The bedrooms are a good size. Because it is an “on demand” water heater...

"Very clean and host was very friendly/helpful. It was a little difficult to find but the host was there when we arrived to show us where it was. Only gave 4 stars for neighborhood as it was under construction/renovations around the area. Once that is done, would definitely give it 5 stars! There was tea, coffee, dish/laundry and bath soaps as well as olive oil, balsamic, etc. to use which is always nice! If we ever return to Italy, we would definitely stay here."

"An absolutely delightful house, spacious, comfortable and stylish with great outdoor space in a charming, authentic area, just a few steps from a busy, working canal that's constantly fascinating. It's away from the crowds and madness of parts of the city but just a few minutes walk from excellent restaurants and shops and with three vaporetto stops really close by including the one from the airport. "This is a beautiful property in a beautiful city with very responsive owners. In order to help me find the house, they met us by the pier when we arrived on a water taxi. When I accidentally left without the keys, I called them and they quickly came to help me gain access to the apartment. We enjoyed using the warm shower in the apartment and slept very well on the bed after a transatlantic flight."
