"We travelled to San Fransisco in late December to visit our daughter for the holidays. Stayed at hotel Zeppelin for 3 nights. I love the character and the amazing decor in the hotel. It was fully decked out for the holidays and looked very festive and cozy at the same time. The staff was very friendly. Our room had a king size bed, desk a couple of chairs, bathroom with a shower (no soaking tub), small closet, big screen TV (regular tv, but you could log into Netflix with your own log in)....

The bed is very comfortable. My room had several issues with the key but the staff was super nice and helpful. I can really recommend this hotel, it’s amazing for the price and the staff is really awesome! I will definitely come back!"

"Unfortunately we arrived on the last day of the protesters and this made for a terrible beginning to my stay, but the staff was very helpful and the room was quiet and clean with a nice view of Union Square. The protesters were gone by morning and no issues with checkout. "

The staff at the front desk stayed behind a large computer screen and didn’t communicate well. The game room was great for teenagers. The property was quirky and fun and had it not been raining, the s’mores would have been fun as well. "
