We were excited to stay on the dune view junior suite, but when we arrived to the room everything was great except the lock on the dune view patio door lock was broken. The staff was remarkably friendly and aimed to please in every situation from arrival each time we left the sight to our final departure, we felt like family. "The stay in the presidential suite was good except one thing. No door or wall between the two bedrooms just open no privacy at all. And the bunk bed mattress was very sqeeky very old. "This was a beautiful condo, right on the beach, we had a spectacular beachside view. I would absolutely stay there again. The only thing i was disappointed about was the jetted bathtub in the master bathroom was not clean. It appeared clean, but when you filled it with water the water was filled wkth lack and brown debris once you turned on the jets. I am assuming the jets had not been cleaned in awhile. Sadly due to this I did not use it."

"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "

"Beautiful place and location, spacious, clean and quiet! I was able to contact the property easily to answer questions, would love to stay again! They only supply enough toilet paper for the first 24 hours so be sure to grab more, and if you want to get a late checkout/etc be sure to give them plenty of days to schedule it with their cleaning services. It was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrellas available too through their beach services, and our 3 year old loved the pool!"
