"The house was perfect for our family of 9. Beds were comfy, location was perfect, house was cozy. The only thing I would suggest is be ready to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, spices, trash bags, shampoo and soap. However, we would definitely return again! "

"The property was just as listed. Everything one needs for their stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of items for the beach were also available. Property was clean and neat. It is located above the rental office so if we had questions or needs someone was available during the day. Very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay."

"We spent a few days mid October and this lovely home. It was conveniently located just down the block from the Grayton Beach shuttle, which was great when wanting to go to the beach. The house was comfortable and as pictured. There was some construction to a neighboring property while we were there that started early and was loud, but nothing that the property owners could predict or avoid. We definitely enjoyed our stay and early October was a beautiful time to be there!!"
