"We stayed at this property for our Spring Break Brak trip (mid March). Property was exactly as listed. This unit faces the bay side, not the ocean side which we all felt was better. The pools on the bay side were very nice and had more options. The heated pools were very nice. Unfortunately the lazy river was not heated but the rooftop hot tub made up for it. The kitchen was very well stocked and the unit was spacious. Overall, everyone loved the space and want to come back."

"Myself and my teenager family liked the stay. The girls had the upstairs, the boys had it downstairs. It is compact and fits four just fine. Not sure if it could fit four adults. The beach is very close, you can bike there. We used the chairs and the umbralla provided by the host. There was coffee, snacks, oranges upon arrival. I could also charge my electric car with an extension cord."

"The property was just as listed. Everything one needs for their stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of items for the beach were also available. Property was clean and neat. It is located above the rental office so if we had questions or needs someone was available during the day. Very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay."

"The property was a masterpiece of finishes. From the venetian plaster to the wide plank hardwood floors upstairs, from the opulent bathrooms to the most comfortable beds, we felt regel. The owners took every opportunity to make sure our stay was effortless. 10 out of 10!"

"We spent a few days mid October and this lovely home. It was conveniently located just down the block from the Grayton Beach shuttle, which was great when wanting to go to the beach. The house was comfortable and as pictured. There was some construction to a neighboring property while we were there that started early and was loud, but nothing that the property owners could predict or avoid. We definitely enjoyed our stay and early October was a beautiful time to be there!!"

"The backyard was amazing and the area was perfect. We loved walking the area and had easy access to the boat launch. Easy drive to the beach and activities. Great stay."

"We absolutely loved the cottage. The golf cart was really nice and it only took 5 minutes to get to the beach. I was surprised when I got to the cottage and opened the fridge to find two of my favorite beverages waiting for me. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was even an air fryer. The cottage was very clean and in a quiet area of San Destin. We loved everything about this place and would definitely stay there again! I want to re-emphasize how awesome of a golf cart we had!
