A few minor hiccups, but overall a wonderful experience for a mom and 2 teens. Gate staff were amazing! 10 min walk to the beach from our condo which was near the back of the property. Quiet, safe and friendly community with locals and tourists alike.

Nice place but very poor communication. Was told the room was ready before it actually was. Vacasa’s team came in and brought needed supplies quickly but was a bit frustrating at first. The condo itself was nice, clean, and quiet. Would recommend.

Overall, great stay particularly I like having its own beach access. Will come back and most definitely try to get a unit closer to the exit. It was difficult for door dash or even uber to find us.

Nice, clean property with a short walk to the beach. Kids loved to pool, adults loved the hot tubs. Beds were moderately comfortable. Located near shopping and dining. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location . Quiet and easy access to the beach . Overall condo was great . I would suggest making a couple of repairs and upgrades . Sofa couch was very uncomfortable. Shower door moldy , screen outdoor door broken. I would include beach towels in the condo

The condo was really nice, everything was there dishes, towels, blankets. Pool access was really close, we did have to drive to the front to go to beach but it was so nice. But you cant take a canopy to beach, u need beach umbrellas or you can rent . Overall a wonderful experience. Access to all the stores.

The property was walking distance from the beach. Short drive to the boardwalk which was ideal. The unit we stayed in had all of the beach equipment needed and was well stocked with cooking items, games, etc

Excellent location! Very convenient to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Very nice well stocked condo with all amenities that we needed. The only negatives were the extremely dirty carpet in the bedrooms and the lack of pressure in the master shower. Everywhere else was clean and well kept, but the carpet was filthy and the master shower was a trickle of water (head needs replaced). We picked up cheap slippers at the dollar tree to wear inside and used the second shower which was fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is well secure and secluded. Within walking distance of the beach. Right off the main strip. Everything is within 10-15 minute drive. Our condo had roaches really bad. So bad we were not able to cook in the property. Also several items inside the unit were broken when we arrived.

I was disappointed that they could nothing about changing my condo. I was told I needed to do it 2 weeks prior to check in. I found out my unit 2 days before I arrived. With it being super slow this time of year and the place basically empty, I found it an inconvenience to the booking agent to help me figure it out. Oh well. Place was clean and staff were friendly.

The condo was very clean and the staff around the property were friendly and helpful. Our internet did not work. Without internet, the cable tv and tv apps also did not work. We did let the Vacasa people know about the internet and they said they would have it fixed but no one ever showed up. We were supposed to have 2 parking spaces. When we arrived, a car was parked in our space and it remained there for the entirety of our trip. Beach services were not included in our stay but should have been with the price we paid or at least info posted about purchasing beach services. This was our first visit to Destin so we were unaware of many things so we found out the hard way. Had we known, we would’ve booked everything we needed before we arrived.
