He also quickly addressed a silverware shortage by dropping off some additional forks. The golf cart was a huge plus and the beach was accurately advertised as only three minutes away. "My family and I had a great week at this house! The house was beautiful and having a private section of the beach kept the area from being overcrowded. Julie was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the trip. The only couple of downsides we had was the front of the house is on the street, there was the occasional loud golf cart/car. That's to be expected with the time of year though, so it wasn't a major issue. I also wish the kitchen would have been a little more stocked with more...

"Perfect. A few issues but everyone responded very quickly. Fixed electrical outlet, showers needed cartridges, toilet needed new insides to flush, dryer needed new vent. All perfect now. All workers were very responsive. Would definitely recommend."

"It was spacious for the family had everything you needed to etiquette for your stay. The only issues was questioned about life guards with the hidden dunes condos where you can walk the beach. I would rent again for a family stay just that being questioned saying we need to show that we can be at the beach. Found water bug in the pillows in the upstairs room but other than that it was cleaniss."

"We arrived with no issues at all. Everything was clean, which can sometimes be an issue with sandy beach condos. Lovely little deck out back, the layout was perfect for me and my husband, my mom, and my two kids. Golf cart was a definite plus! Would definitely stay again!"

It is tastefully decorated throughout with the goal being maximum relaxation. The furniture is ultra comfortable and the home has everything you need. "House was clean and seems brand new . Kitchen was huge and love the ice makers on 1st n 2nd floor. Just need to do something about the AC by the bunks beds … it was not cool enough. Need to shrink the pillow size- very uncomfortable to sleep. Everything else was perfect."

"Very nice vacation house. Plenty of room and close to the beach. Beach access is across the roadway but no beach associated with this property in that direct area as it was all private so we had to migrate over to the public beach area. Pool was very close. Overall a very nice place to stay. Very close to grocery store and local restaurants. We would stay here again!!!"

"The location of this property is great and to have a golf cart with bikes really helped our big group. The only downfall were the things that needed to be fixed around the house. We travel and stay at a lot of properties and this one needs a little work. Other than that we had a great time. The Beachwalk Property did step up when we had an issue with the air conditioner, they had someone out to fix within about 2 hours and it did get fixed."
