"Well furnished facilities. Friendly staff. Would be nice to have the swim up bar open later in to the evening. Service from the Sirena bar was very slow. Like that the pool is open 24/7. Would be nice if they had a shuttle too and from the airport. Food quality is great. Definitely a 4 out of 5 resort. "

"The pool was awesome. The staff was amazing. Especially liked the main bar bartenders, Ruben and Raymond. They were great guys to talk with, and made our experience a lot more fun! Rooms were always clean and beds were very comfortable. Only bad thing there was the no-seeum bugs that bite like crazy.... we would definitely return! "

"The resort and grounds were absolutely beautiful, walkable and the beach was steps away. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Being both vegan and gluten free, I was so excited to see that each restaurant's online menu had 2-5 options available, so I didn't research other places. When we arrived, the menus were completely different and there were not as many options. Luckily the kind gentleman at Cafe 1736 told us about additional options at Plaza Nova, which was a short shuttle ride...
