"Nice hotel. It was quiet and the room was comfortable and well-spaced out. The location was good. Short walk to the beach. They give you chairs that have straps on the back so you can put them on like back packs when you go. Drinks at the hotel are pricey. I'll add this next part as someone on doing another review mentioned so I'll verify it. They charge an extra $40 per day as a resort fee. This can be used towards food or drinks but you still paid for it. It does not carry over to the next day so if you forget and don't go get drinks or food, oh well. For price reference we got 2 pina colada's which were $16 ea. After you tip and tax you spent the $40. You can find cheaper elsewhere. Plenty of restaurants around. We didn't rent a car this time. There really isn't much site seeing in this part of San Juan. All the site seeing is in Old San Juan and you're probably not walking that far. There are plenty of Ubers around for that sort of thing if you didn't rent a car. "

"Very poor service the resort maintenance was unsatisfactory. My original room was dirty and furniture was also dated and dirty. I switched rooms and I was promised a different room but it never happened. I watched how they treated white people versus the blk people. No sense of urgency and I truly feel iwere a white woman i would havea different experience at this resort. I will never come back to visit. During check out my bill was completely wrong and they ended up remove some of the charges. I was charged for parking and I don’t even own a vehicle "

"Property was beautiful with useful amenities such as free happy hour daily from 5-7 pm , free hot breakfast daily , gated entry, voucher for free beach chair and umbrella ☂️. Location was perfect for walking to the beach (ten minutes) , restaurants ( some are across the street) , novelty shops ( 5 plus minutes) … Easily accessible to Uber and Taxis they do pick up and drop off in front . Freddy was amazing when we checked in and before for helpful advice on where to go and what to do while we were there. Rental car places nearby ( book b4 your trip for the best deals) "
