"My family of 4 enjoyed this property. Pros: There was always a place by the pool or at the beach. In fact, I've never visited a resort where I didn't have to play the towel game. Even if I slept till 9 and went to the beach, I could always find a chair and umbrella (to me, this is priceless). The room was nice and clean. We had excellent service each day and were refilled with water and coffee pods for the next morning. The resort didn't feel crowded, and most of the staff was very friendly. Views, not even the ocean view, from the room was breathtaking. Cons: For some reason they have half of the building closed off for renovations but still do work on the wing that is occupied. My kids were woken up each morning at 7:30AM, and with teenagers, they weren't so pleased. I understand renovations are necessary, but there is a better way to section off the hotel to minimize the disruption to guests. Despite complaints, they don't seem to understand how to accomplish this. Also, resort fees were a little on the pricey side. I thought it was odd they put $1,400 on hold on my credit card and they actually charged $900 upon departure for fees and some of the food/drinks we put on the room. Overall, we liked this place a lot. "

"Excellent property. Beautiful all around. Pool area great vibe. Service was excellent. The location of hotel is on side of road but in location you can walk to beach and local stores or eateries. There are little nat like bugs everywhere so be prepared. Staff was very kind, Uber is very cheap, 6 mins no traffic ride to local social areas. The hotel pool has happy hours daily with great drinks. Aesthetically pleasing."
