"Great place to start our Japan vacation. Just steps from Universal studios and the Universal City train stops. Room was clean. Spacious enough for 4 adults (we had the quad room). Had the breakfast one morning. While everything was definitely, not sure it was worth the $100 USD price tag for 4. Staff interactions were great. Would recommend it here."

"Booked last minute. Since the Yen is so weak my dollar goes along way. Executive corner suite was fantastic. Sort of a self check out thing that I needed help with, but the gentleman was helpful. Wasn't sure on daily service but got back to my room after a very long day and it was emaculate. Even my sweater was neatly folded. Combini on the third floor is you don't feel like going out. "My family loved staying at this hotel. Location was perfect. The park and City Walk was accessible through the hotel's back entrance. Also staff was friendly and helpful upon our arrival. They helped us check in early for a nominal fee--which I really appreciated after a long day of travel."

The person who greeted us, a girl named Quyen, gave a thorough explanation of all the hotel had to offer, including its restaurants with delicious food. It was also very easy to get a taxi through the staff at the front desk. The only drawback was the hotel's location a bit beyond walking distance from the interesting downtown areas."
