"It was a modern hotel, recently refurbished with lovely staff. The room was spacious and clean. We were not a fan of the no in-room amenities approach. The galley options with free tea and coffee were fine but it was inconvenient and there was not much selection. "

The breakfast room has a fantastic view of the Duomo and the city - plus an excellent buffet with very good coffee. One nice, unusual amenity at the hotel is a complimentary minibar that is restocked daily. "

"The staff was very professional and welcoming. Little extras are included at no cost, nice touch. The room was very comfortable and well supplied. Breakfast was outstanding. They arranged for a 4 am taxi for our early flight, and provided breakfasts in a bag!"
