"I was originally attracted to the bowling and arcade entertainment but the arcade is very run down. Many of the machines do not work. I know it is run by a third party, but please don’t advertise something that you don’t have quality control over if it’s going to be a huge disappointment. The restaurant breakfast buffet is reasonably priced with lots of nice options like an omelet station and fresh crepes. The staff was really nice and helpful."

When I arrived I discovered that the bed was broken- the bed frame was broken and the bed sagged to the point you could not sleep on it. When I informed them, it took 2 hours for them to look at it and get back to me, at which time they said it couldn’t be fixed and there were no other rooms available.
