"We really enjoyed our stay at Carly and James home. It was clean, comfortable, and pretty. There was lots of room for everyone and we had our immediate family Christmas in their home on Sunday. It was so nice to have a full kitchen and living room. They also had a little table and chairs for the 3 little ones. They had many amenities and it really felt like home. They also provided games for the kids and had a Christmas tree. We definitely will stay there again!"

"Fantastic property in a lovely quiet area. The house accommodated all of us with no issues. We enjoyed a roaring fire and relaxing sitting by it with wine and great conversations. Wonderful dining room table, so unique, and a well stocked kitchen that allowed us to create some memorable meals. "Over all the Cozy Cottage was very nice. It is located in a residential area which lowers the walking score, but I knew this when I reserved it. The balcony, covered outdoor dining space and the large private back yard with fire pit are great. Although, in my opinion, there were a couple conveniences lacking, bedside lamps, a floor lamp in the living room and a narrower dining table in the kitchen to improve the work around space. "Upon entering the Uptown home, I was so delighted to see the character of this beautiful VRBO. Reminded me of my childhood home. It’s perfect for 4 or more people no problem. The location is great as everything is minutes away. The host (management) was very kind and attentive. He was out salting ‘just in case’. "4 friends stayed here to take part in the Oktoberfest weekend. The house has nicely updated decor and appliances. Beds are comfy. We didn’t see wifi info, but since we were only there for one night, we really didn’t care that much. A nice, clean place and an easy checkin. "

"The house is very spacious, is in excellent condition, and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely return. Parking heads up: There is parking for 2 cars (garage and small driveway), but they need to be small or medium-sized cars. If you have a pickup truck, van or other large vehicle you won't fit, and the complex doesn't allow overnight parking in the visitor spots. "
