"We stayed here for son’s graduation. The hotel overall was fine and we didn't have too many issues. The staff was friendly, our rooms was comfortable but the room layout was strange. "Pretty loft space, very spacious and clean. The check in process is clunky. My only complaint was that the thermostat was set to automatically go back to 60 degrees after 2 hrs and so the loft was feeezing when I got back from work each day. Then I had to keep turning the heat up all night. I asked how to adjust it and they told me to take the cover off and use a paperclip to manually reset it….well it was already 9 pm and I didn’t have a paperclip.
