My car was broken into in the car garage along with many other guest. The next morning at check out I spoke with the manager about the matter. He was very rude and was not apologetic at all. Just reminded me I didn't get charged for parking. My family and I had to drive 5 hours home with out a back window. When I called to speak to a district manager she hung up on me. I'm a Pastor and took my family to Atlanta for the first time only for them to have the worse experience ever. I thought Embassy was a very nice and safe hotel to stay in but now I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. We were treated very very poorly. Worst hotel ever.

Room lacked of towels and bed sheeting. I had to go to front desk to request and was provided almost as a favor when we complained. When I asked about it, they said they had issues with laundry. Building is beautiful but lacks of management. How can you rent a Hotel room without towels? Water pressure varies, when taking a shower comes and goes. This is not acceptable in a Hilton.

The room was decent but you can tell it’s outdated. A few things like plugs & lights didn’t work. Shower pressure was really bad. There was also this weird loud sound going off that kept waking me up in the middle of the night, along with loud partying from the room next to me at 5am

They put me in a wheelchair accessible room which isn't something I needed but I appreciated the space. In the room we had a lot of technical issues with the WIFI and the TV's would go in and out most of the night. We couldn't change the channels remotes weren't working. Housekeeping came into the room to service it and took all the essentials but never put them back. I kept calling the front desk about our issues and it seemed like they were annoyed every time we called needing items. We had to keep getting up to go downstairs to get the basic items we needed for our room because housekeeping never answered. They finally sent the tech person up to attempt to fix our tv issue and he said he couldn't get it to work but was able to get something on the tv. It was a lot with that room but my stay was short myself and my mother checked out with ease. The staff the in the morning for breakfast were great and had great energy.

Checkin was delayed for 3 hours even though we had had a reservation for many weeks. Housekeeping overlooked one or more items each of the first 3 days. The old, dirty looking throw pillow on the sofa should be changed. The moldy caulk in the shower should be bleached or changed.
