"We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past 30 years, under many flags, and numerous renovations. We like the location. However, this time I was struck by the ridiculously high cost of parking- $65 per night (higher than anyplace I have ever seen including NYC) and the frustration of my request for housekeeping to come and tighten a lose toilet seat that was replied (twice) by what must have been a bad IA message offering regrets for the noise in the corridor… no noise never...

"Everything was nice and clean and the staff were all really polite. I have only two complaints. There was a $200 dollar "incidentals" fee that was added on top of the regular charge that popped up on my credit card when i checked in. I got credit back at the end but they really should give somebody a head's up about that! That and there was no microwave. Seems like something that should be standard to me. "

"In general, we’ve always liked the Inigo, and enjoy staying there. Two annoyances that you could easily fix… one, those doors at the rear entrance are constant confusion for your guests, please get them sorted or replaced. Two, the parking… $50/nite is a ‘gotcha’ to your customers, please charge a fair rate. And exiting the parking garage out the back as directed, makes it impossible for your guests to drive around to the back door entrance and load their their luggage (and passengers) as...
