"Hyatt Centric is my go-to hotel in Midtown. It is a nice hotel with a good value. Unfortunately, this time I needed and requested an early check in. I was told to physically come to the hotel to show my ID, so I left the coffee shop I was working at and went in at 10 AM. I was told that a room should be ready soon but I would have to pay a fee, which I would have. Unfortunately, it took 5 hours for that room to become available and I ended up having to sleep in my car on the side of the road. "
