"Great location very near Piccadilly station. Modern and stylish rooms Bar prices are a little excessive but that’s hotels everywhere these days One piece of advice I would offer is that the Hotels car park road post code on sat nav’s is different to the entrance road entrance and due to the 1 way system and no right turns off after the A57 it’s difficult to locate. "The gem of this hotel is the staff. Service was exceptional in all areas. We had a few issues with the room. The safe did not work and water was cold but these were immediately rectified. "Good clean, modern hotel in Salford Quays within walking of The Lowry Theatre. Tram stop close by, 10 minutes to Manchester. 2 night stay. First morning breakfast I informed Donna about my nut allergy and received excellent personal service. The second morning there were different staff and I had to wait around 15 minutes to receive my breakfast and the bowl of fruit and cooked breakfast turned up at the same time. Overall though the service from all staff was very good"
