"I only stayed for two nights the room was comfortable and clean with good facilities, tea coffee and even hot chocolate was provided although only one sachet for a twin room ? I didn’t dine at the hotel but was disappointed to be told that I had missed breakfast, the room info stated weekend breakfast was served until 10:30 but on my arrival at the dining room at 10:00 I was told it had finished? My one other gripe would be that when I booked my stay it stated that parking was free but on...

"Lovely greeting at the front desk. Room was clean and tidy and more than big enough for our needs. Pool was lovely with a cracking hot tub. Buffer breakfast you can’t go wrong "

"A great base for a weekend stay in Cirencester. The hotel is in the middle of town so a great location to explore the town & surrounding areas. The hotel is lovely & rooms well equipped & very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, a great selection of options on offer, everything was delicious. Would stay again if visiting this area. "

"Our visit went well from beginning to departure.The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.We used the leisure facilities its a nice large.pool.The breakfast and dinner was tasteful,the chef was very good.We hope to visit again,a good base for our local visits. "

"Breakfast was very good. Disappointing standard Evening menu, vegetable soup unappetising to look at, very bland. Salmon dry, with nicose salad normal chain ready prepped bagged taste , Husband had ribs. They were ok. Had to go find server to bring desert. Cold and draughty in the raised area by the curtained off dining room extension. "

"Perfect for accessing Stonehenge. Lots of fast food places within walking distance. Beautiful River Avon also very nearby. Amesbury town centre also close which has lots of restaurants. It is worth noting that Stonehenge is actually walkable from the area rather tuan paying the exorbitant fees. Worth researching."

"I love this hotel. It is beautiful and has so many amenities! First class. This is my second stay here and I can’t wait till the next one. The staff is awesome! I came in on an early flight and Tonya was able to get me into my room by 10 o’clock because it was empty that night before. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that after spending 12 hours flying. Hotel is beautiful, the Thames Riveris beautiful, the staff is amazing. I have to say is the finest hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe....

"Lights in room 2 needs a dimmer switch, much too bright and or a little light in kitchen area. Garden /parking area needed sweeping whilst awaiting planting"
