We travelled a long way with a wedding cake in the car, and we had a disaster... it toppled. When we arrived late on the evening, the night shift could not have been more helpful. They gave us some bits to attempt to rebuild.... but we are no bakers. They put our cake in the fridge for us to attempt after some much needed sleep. "I returned to the hotel as it's convenient for Basingstoke and in a nice setting. The beds are comfortable and they have different pillows to suit your needs. The hotel was generally clean although the shower could use a deeper clean around the edges."
