"The place was very simple and easy to find, the key/cardless check in was great, directions to the room were also good. The room itself was very nice and looked the exact same as the photos online. However I would just like to highlight a few points that I was not very happy with. The cleanliness of the bathroom area was not up to a great standard. "The Hat het is a loverly picturesque pub/ hotel. Welcome excellent, food and ambiance perfect. VFM good. The thing that let it down was cleanliness of the room- smeared bathroom mirror looked like it was cleaned with a soiled cloth ( had to clean it to see any reflection!) the toilet rim covered in hair & dust & the lamp shades & corners of the room rife with cobwebs. We did enjoy our stay however and we did report the room dissatisfaction to the young service lady but no apology or explanation...
